Fix missing babel-helpers.min.js

After switching to a non-scoped polymer build under NXP-24495, babel-helpers.min.js is no longer being included on the build, failing to be imported on index.jsp. The path to babel-helpers.min.js on the gulp file must be updated accordingly.
