Install 10.10 => No server.log while server up and running

How to reproduce:

• install 10.10 (mandatory step to get fresh domain) on Windows
• optional: configure JAVA_HOME (JDK 8 tested) and dev mode in nuxeo.conf
• nuxeoctl register your server
• optional: nuxeoctl mp-install your-favorite-packages and nuxeoctl mp-hotfix --accept=true
• nuxeoctl console
• answer wizard questions and finally reboot
• observe no server.log while server up and running

Le processus ne peut pas acc�der au fichier car ce fichier est utilis� par un autre processus.

Workaround: reboot again to get logging filling server.log
