stream.sh latency logger should skip non computation stream

The monitor option of stream.sh reports the lag and latency of consumer, this works only when records are of type computation Record (so we have a submission timestamp).
The nuxeo-importer-stream is using another kind of record that cannot be monitored this way, these consumers should be skipped.
