Fix double audit when refreshing page

Steps to reproduce:

• As Administrator, create a document.
• As a different user with Read/Write access on the document, modify the document or publish it.
• Click on the History tab.

=> Audit entries for the actions performed above are listed.

• Refresh the page.

=> Some of the entries have been doubled.

• Click on the View tab.
• Click on the History tab.

=> Listed actions are back to normal.

• Refresh the page.

=> Some of the actions are doubled again.
