Allow WebUI FT to evaluate new tagExpression syntax

With the most recent changes on Cucumber and WDIO versions, a new syntax and functionalities for tags were introduced. (Cucumber Tags Documentation])
Currently we are not able to use it "full power" since we just adapted the syntax and not the functionalities, which means that we are not evaluating the expression itself, with and and or operators, for example.
