Use a dedicated LogConfig for the StreamWorkManager

      Description

      The SWM uses the default LogConfig because there are long work processing it requires a special Kafka configuration (see NXP-26607)
      that might impact the performance of other high throughput processing that shares the default configuration.
      For this reason, it is better to use a dedicated LogConfig (like it is done for bulk service).
