Fix publisher when publishing without rendition

As a non-admin user, when I publish a Note document with the None rendition, the publication details lists the Administrator as the publisher. If I publish the same document with the PDF rendtion, the publication lists my name as the publisher

Steps to reproduce:

• As Administrator, create a Note document.
• As a regular user with ReadWrite permission on the Note document, publish the Note document with None as the rendition.
• Click on the Publishing tab.

=> Publisher is listed as Administrator.
