Fix multi-tenant group creation with system user

When creating a group in multi-tenant mode with the system user in an automation chain, the syntax for the group is not multi-tenant compatible: the implementation works for a poweruser but not the system user.

Requesting that the system user can create in automation multi-tenant-compatible groups.
