Add the route model id in the event context when a workflow is canceled

Currently, only the name of the workflow is added to the event context. For the subscription to the notifications on a workflow, we need to get the document id of the DocumentRoute in order to fetch the list of subscribers. The title is not enough because it's the same for each workflow of the same type.
