As a user, I can manually create a subscription on a folderish object

when viewing the folderish object, I have an action to create a subscription. this action currently exists in webui. We need to expand on the idea...

Because it is folderish, I see an option to choose to be notified on changes to all changes on the contained documents, too, not just when objects are added/removed/modified on the folderish object. (yes/no).
