Fix CSV Export Note file with metadata

How to reproduce

• Install web-ui, dam and showcase-content addons
• login with Administrator go to Sample Content >> Notes
• open Lorem ipsum note and edit the description of the Note
• Create a new user with read/write permissions for that Note
• Login with the new user, go to the note and fill all the empty metadata of it
• CSV Export the Notes folder
• csv file is with 2 lines instead of one, and the information is not in the right fields
