      StreamAuditFeature has been removed because AuditFeature now deploys audit with stream.

      AuditBulkerFeature has been created to deploy audit with deprecated AuditBulker.

      Description

      org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.audit.listener.AuditEventLogger
      and
      org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.audit.service.AuditBulker
      should be marked as deprecated since they are superseded by StreamAuditEventListener and StreamAuditWriter.

      Today the AuditBulker thread is still started even if not used.
