Fix uploading files with S3 direct upload

When uploading files with S3 direct upload the UI shows the file is uploaded 2 times in the same document.

How to reproduce

• install webui and amazon-s3-direct-upload
• go to web-ui and create a file with an attachment
• the attachment is duplicated in the create view
  

If you continue with the creation of the file only 1 is uploaded to the UI and to the S3 bucket
