Run Nuxeo from bundles present in dependency graph

      Description

We want to replace the start done on nuxeo-server-tomcat artifact by a start with Nuxeo bundles present in Maven dependency graph. This includes the Studio package present in addon dependencies and the addon itself.

In order to follow Maven spirit and as a first step, we should probably have to import the pom of nuxeo-nxr-server or nuxeo-nxr-jsf-ui in our addon pom (or have one of them as Maven parent). This could also be done by depending on desired nuxeo bundles (Maven dependencies). Or this could also be given by Studio dependency, per transitivity, which knows which nuxeo bundles the project needs.

Goal here is not to build a Nuxeo Server and then run it, which will do the work. Goal is to provide a servlet container and the right classpath to NuxeoLauncher and then use it if possible. Or leverage nuxeo-runtime-server.
