Fix conversion with LibreOffice >= 5.3

      Description

      Various problems are observed when using the latests versions of LibreOffice:

      • with LibreOffice 5.3 and 5.4, it seems that some conversions never ends and it could lead to leaks
      • with LibreOffice 6+, it is not possible to run 2 concurrent conversions

      Forcing the -env:UserInstallation variable and therefore using a dedicated workspace for each conversion seems to fix (or work around) the problem.
