Improve nuxeoctl to log action result and causes of failure

The current default behavior of nuxeoctl is to log the command invoked in nuxeoctl.log, period.

What is requested is that the outcome of the command is also logged by default in nuxeoctl.log

• if successful, logging "OK"
• if failure, reason for failure and/or exception trace (HTTP 401, 403, 404, 504, no space left on device...)

Optionally, logging total duration of the command.

Reason: support and debugging and reproduction of customer issues regarding markeplace packages installations
