Harmonize document actions on trashed documents.

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to a trashed document.
  => The document actions only include:
  • permanently delete
  • restore
• Navigate to the trash tab of the trashed document's parent.
• Select the document from the list of trashed documents.
  => Document actions now include:
  • download
  • add to a collection
  • publish
  • restore
    => All of these actions work perfectly.

Expected results:
Either all the actions available on the selection should work on the individual document, or they should be removed.
