Expose a configuration property to allow spaces in tags label

Currently all spaces (and other characters) are stripped for the tag label whereas the UI seems to accept it.

Using spaces gives more visibility to labels so it would be useful to some customers to be able to use them. The default behavior would not change but a new behavior with spaces allowed could be enabled with a configuration property.
