Minor Steps to Reproduce:
- Given two users, as User1, create a File document with main file attached (eg/ PDF).
- As User2, add a second attachment (eg/ image file).
=> Version is not incremented.
Workaround:
- Refresh the page.
=> Version is 0.1+
Expected behavior:
- Version should be incremented to 0.1+ without having to refresh the page.
