Republishing a document removes its alerts subscriptions

1. install Nuxeo
2. install at least HF41 to allow following published documents (see NXP-24185)
3. create a section
4. create a workspace
5. create a document in the workspace
6. publish the document to the created section
7. open the document
8. click Follow this document button
9. observe the icon is now green
10. observe alerts are present in Home/Alerts
11. edit the document and save it
12. republish the document
13. open the published document
14. observe the Follow this document icon is not green any longer
15. observe alerts are gone in Home/Alerts
