Link to moved document's previous location should not redirect to View tab

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to a folder containing documents.
• Select one document and click on the Add to Clipboard document action.
• Navigate to a different folder.
• Click on the Clipboard icon from the left menu and then click on the Move button.
  => Document moves to current folder.
• Click on the document that was just moved to the current folder.
• Click on the History tab.
• Click on the hyperlink under the Comment column.
  => User is briefly redirected to the View tab (~1 second).
  => User is then taken to the original location of the moved document.

Expected behavior:

• The user should be taken directly to the original location of the moved document without going to the View tab first.
