Description

This package will hold the corresponding XML configuration to disable studio snapshot validation, as well as an override of the operation providing hot reload (as it does not take into account this property correctly in 10.2 and below, see ~~NXP-25719~~).

Drawback: user will not be warned anymore if there is a mismatch (on target platform or declared dependencies).

This is a quick fix waiting for more optimizations on validation (see NXP-25720 or NXBT-2452)
