Spanish translation not working when Spanish is selected as prefered language in Chrome

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open Chrome
      • Access to Config menu
      • Click on Advanced setting
      • Click on Languages
      • Set Spanish as your prefered language
      • Access to a demo translated to Spanish (contains a messages-es-ES.json file)
      • The Spanish translation is not applied.

      NOTE: Translations works if you configure Spanish (Spain) in the Chrome config menu
