Fix appearance of Synchronize document action in Chrome

Bug appears to be random, so not certain of the reproduction steps, but in this most recent case:

• Using Chrome, navigate to https://intranet.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/doc/b386abc9-c86f-4402-9a3c-a0369af8070f and log in.
• The Synchronize document action is present but the icon does not appear.

Our crowd testers have reproduced this several times exclusively in Chrome with 10.3-snapshot versions, but appears to be random.

Sometimes the icon will appear after several minutes of not doing anything, but if you refresh the page it will disappear again.

No errors in the console.
