Do not hardcode the extension and the mimetype of the PictureViews

In the PictureViewCreateWork, the extension and the mimetype of the PictureView converted by the Lambda is hardcoded to .png and image/png. This information should be returned by Lambda instead of being forced by the worker on the platform.
