Allow to pass options to nuxeoctl console

Need to pass --ignore-missing to nuxeoctl console for example.

For the moment, when passing nuxeoctl console as a command, then all options are removed and only nuxeoctl console is launched. We should allow to pass option and be able to run something like

docker run -ti nuxeo nuxeoctl console --ignore-missing
