Ensure root namespace is used for path request in Dropbox

If the Dropbox application is created with only application folder access default path requests will be namespaced (https://www.dropbox.com/developers/reference/namespace-guide) to it wheres the file picker still returns full paths. This results in files not found since paths are expected to be relative to the application folder.
