8.10-HF30/9.10-HF09 breaks IE11 "Create Document" functionality in JSF

The "Create Document" button in IE11 specifically does not work anymore since 8.10HF30/9.10-HF09.

Steps to reproduce:

• take a 8.10 and hotfix until HF29
• in a workspace, hit "Create Document" button => popup appears in all browsers

• Add HF30 or a later HF
• in a workspace, hit "Create Document" button => nothing happens in IE11, popup appears in FF, Edge and Chrome

In IE11 <F12> console, the following appears:
SCRIPT438: L’objet ne gère pas la propriété ou la méthode « find »
dnd_common.js (1189,7)

This might thus be an issue introduced by NXP-24608, introduced in 8.10HF30/9.10-HF09.
