Use the discovery for dynamically create the mapping between actions and Office Online URLs.
The first step would be to retrieve the discovery XML file as a configuration step when configuring Nuxeo and WOPI and store it inside the data folder of Nuxeo Server.
The WOPI addon would read it to generate the mapping, or make itself not enabled if the file is not present (and log something at server startup).
Later, the discovery should be able to be refreshed automatically or through an Admin Center action, or ...
