Enable public link to EasyShare folder

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to an existing Easyshare folder on which User has Read/Write permission.
• Click on the Share document action.
  => Only one link appears, labelled "Copy the link and share the document <Document Title>". This is not the EasyShare public link.

Expected Result:
=> Two links should appear:

• "Copy the link and share the document <Document Title>"
• "Share public link to <Document Title>" (EasyShare link)

Cannot be reproduced in Safari or Chrome.
