Fix document diff after editing a file created by other user

When editing a File previously created by another user(File doesn't have a version when created), the version changes to 0.1+.
Trying to compare the created version with the newly edited one, no versions appear for you to compare.

You should be able to compare the created version(0.1) with the newly edited(0.1+)

How to reproduce

• have 2 users with read/write permissions
• create a file with user1
• with user2 go to that file and edit the metadata
• after editing, click on "Compare Versions"
• diff page has no versions to compare(Bug)
