Steps:
- get a 9.10 instance fully hotfixed
- an out of the box mongodb server (running on localhost, no password)
- bin/nuxeoctl config nuxeo.mongodb.server localhost --encrypt -q (encrypted value is placed in nuxeo.conf)
- start Nuxeo, SchedulerService does not start.
