New occurrence of this event: merge all main Platform repositories

Plan:

validate the list of repositories to merge with the techlead team
communicate with the support team trying to anticipate the issues, if any
list the impacted QA jobs, the expected work before and after the merge, etc.
validate the planning vs the next release date
communicate to whole Nuxeo
merge
