Fix date filter behavior when typing

When filtering by date on audit history, typing the date causes unexpected updates to other widgets. Steps to reproduce:

1.) Go to an asset
2.) Click History
3.) Provide a date on the "After" field by selecting a date from the calendar
4.) Provide a date on the "Before" field by manually entering in a date
Problem: The year on the "After" field changes to "0002" after completing date entry in "Before"
