Documents added to a collection should inherit collection's access rights

When adding a document to a collection, it is possible that a user who has access to the collection does not have access to the added document. In some cases, it would make sense that the documents added to the collection inherit the access rights of the collection to which they are added.

This could be an option configurable with a configuration variable if we want this behaviour global, or it could be a property on the collection (or something else, debatable).
