Fix hot reload of Studio snapshot

Steps to reproduce:

• Set up a snapshot instance (in this case, 10.2 date-based)
• Register to Studio project with correct Target Platform (in this case, 10.2)
• Perform a Hot Reload from the browser extension
  => Error message displays: "Update in progress".

Expected behavior:
=> Hot reload should perform as expected.
