Fix document action icons on mobile browser

      Description

      When I'm on a mobile browser and open a document and try to edit the document metadata I can't. Some icons like the pencil icon are hidden.

      I should be able see all the action icons and click on them.

      Note: I used an Iphone 5s

      How to reproduce

      • Open webui in a mobile browser(safari mobile, chrome)
      • login and do not open in app
      • browse to a document and open it
      • try to edit the metadata
