DublinCoreListener should trigger on aboutToCreate, not documentCreated

      The DublinCoreListener now sets the creator and creation date of a document very early, using the aboutToCreate event instead of documentCreated.

      Description

      Currently on creation DublinCoreListener runs as "documentCreated". This is a problem if auto-versioning on creation is activated, because in this case the listener runs too late and the version is therefore without any dublincore information.

      This listener should instead run as "aboutToCreate".
