Description

Steps to reproduce:

Install a 10.1 version
Log as Administrator
Review the browser console. You will find this error message:

GET http://<NUXEO_XERVER>/nuxeo/ui/scripts/babel-helpers.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED .                                            
Refused to execute script from 'http://<NUXEO_XERVER>/nuxeo/ui/scripts/babel-helpers.min.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
