Improve the Simflofy Nuxeo Connector

Improve the Simflofy->Nuxeo Connector to handle Simflofy managed blob case (Push mode from Simflofy)
Via the nuxeo-simflofy connector, Simflofy is able to push the managed blob references to Nuxeo, so that a nuxeo user is able to see/download in Nuxeo these managed blob.

Definition of done:

• When a blob is created in Alfresco, the nuxeo-simflofy connector pushes to Nuxeo the reference of this blob, so it can be viewed or downloaded via this connector
• When a blob is modify in Alfresco, the new reference (if there is) is pushed to nuxeo via the nuxeo connector.

AC: Nuxeo Simflofy connector is able to push managed blobs references to nuxeo. With this reference, a Nuxeo user is able to download or visiualise a blob managed in Alfresco via the Nuxeo-Simflfofy connector.

Acceptance Criteria:

Knowledge transfer accounted within this.
The connector is able to push a doc that is referencing a blob managed through Simflofy.
