Don't try to marshal empty string directory values

When marshaling an entry from a hierarchical vocabulary, the class DirectoryEntryJsonWriter tries to marshal the top level parent which is an empty string. This entry does not exist in the directory, so it can be cached and results in calls to the DB for every document and aggregates which has an impact on performances
