      Description

      1. Application is a service of a unix system.
      2. On start
      a. application finds converters list. Absence of one considered as runtime error and stops further processing.
      b. pulls defined images (consider async silent pull). Errors on pulling operation considered critical errors and written into STDERR
      c. When pulling operation is complete the web layer should be started
