Fix Remove Comment service

org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.comment.impl.CommentManagerImpl#deleteComment is not working anymore (or was?):

• There is no test coverage
• This service is removing the comment then notify an event by getting some properties of this removed comment which ends up by throwing a DocumentNotFoundException.
