We need a Nuxeo addon package that can add an item to a Nuxeo stream when a new image blob is added.
The blob info must be sent (not the actual blob). In particular, for cloud blob providers such as S3, we need to send the S3 bucket info.
The approach should be fairly generic so it can be applied later to text, video, audio.
