Stop obscuring errors occurring at document creation or edition in Web UI

      Description

      Currently, when an unexpected error occurs when creating or editing a document, it just toasts a message like "Document creation failure" without any console logs.

      Typically, the error caused by NXJS-135 was just obscured and we could not figure out what was happening without setting a breakpoint and debugging.

      This will definitely not help us to provide support.
