Fix JSF contextual popup "access rights" should target TAB_PERMISSION

      Description

      1) Install Nuxeo (with latest hotfixes)
      2) Right-click on a workspace (popup contextual menu opens) and select "Access Rights"
      => an old menu appears under the Administration tab, with forbidding permissions...

      This popup contextual menu should be directing by default to the TAB_PERMISSION screen.
