make ldap diretory more resilient to ldap who don't return queried attribute

When querying a LDAP, if not properly configure, the ldap may not return the queried attribute, ie a query such as uid=foo,a=b,c=d could not return an attribute uid = foo.

The ldap session should be able in such case to fill the attribute from the query and set it in the directory.
