      Description

      When a permission is given to a user or a group, we should log that action, with users and groups involved as well as the permission and the beginning and end date if there are.

      We should also log when an ACL is updated, and also when an ACL is removed.

      This also includes acts that are given to external contributors via the instant share feature.
