Make OOo PDF generation work twice in a row

When generating a PDF using OOo transform, the first time works but the second time fails (a blank PDF is generated).
As soon as you switch to another document and back, it works again the first time.

The reason is very likely a reuse of an already-consumed stream in JOOoConvertPluginImpl.transform.
