Document edit layout should appear beside drawer in Safari Mobile

Steps to reproduce:

• Use Browse to navigate to a document.
  => Document view layout adjusts to appear beside Browse drawer.
• Click on pencil icon to edit document.
  => Document edit layout appears behind Browse drawer.

Expected behavior: Edit layout should adjust its width to appear beside Browse drawer.
Example of expected behavior can be seen with Administration drawer open and the Create User modal open.

Also: when Browse drawer is closed, modal is still not positioned correctly.
